Ensure IT basic services to UNOCHA Myanmar staff in the country are well maintained and provide
Single Front Door service to every UNOCHA staff who works in the office.
Related Action:
Success Criteria:
• As a contact of Country ICT Unit, I have focused to ensure the basic IT Service to run
business operation smoothly and make sure every user in the office have be accomdated
to access IT services of OCHA.
• Be acting not only first level support but also get ready to address issues/problem and
well know where to escalte to appropiate channesl as necessary.
Goal 2

Ensure operational resilience, minimizing service interruption of hardware and software, ability to
continue core operation in the presence of disruption
Related Action:
Success Criteria:
• The best practices when to do and what to do that will mitigate business disruption and
ensure core operational resilience is "performing operational routine check". We've fully
understand the importance of this routine check and followed the guideline to perform the
operational routine check to IT Infra of Yangon Office and sub-offices
• In case, inform and report to the management team dymanically
• In the situation, we have system/patches/migration to user computers and IT Infra by
global, we liaise with global to make it successfully
Success Criteria:
• I've actively involved with the deployment of Share Point with One drive to our country
office which is the replacement of local file storage.
• Migration of Windows 10 to user computers (almost finished for Yangon Office, tentatly
plan to deploy all computers in Sittwe, Lashio and Myitkyina not later than December.
• For establishing fiber internet connectons to our offices, I worked with Ko Myat to
assist some of preparations such as observing ISPs, collecting quotations and so on.

Achieve high Customer Satisfaction. Provide timely support to resolve incidents/requests reported by
users.
Related Actions:
• Use the right channels(iNeed, Inspira, OCHA Hub, Product Support., etc ) to track/follow
up IT issues/requests
• Manage user expectation during the problem escalation
• Users should experience quality service consistently
• Proactively avoid repeated issues
Success Criteria: Onf of our unit goal is to gain more customer satisfaction. To make it possible
getting higher customer satisfactions is "Prepareness and Liaise". We monitored, colloborated,
followed, worked, escalated as necessary by using proper support channels .

Related Actions:
· Core Infrastructures are properly implemented to suite business demand, fit for purpose.
· IT maintenance operations are carried out as per agreed scheduled

• Keep system online for 24X7 and not more than 20 hours of system downtime during
Office working hours.
• Ensure Daily Backups from shared drives.
• Routine maintenance work on office facilities related with IT (UPS, AP, etc)
• Maintain pool of spear parts, as required to cover business continuity and disaster
management
• Visit the sub-offices at least once around5 months for technical support and facialitation.
• Working with log team by monitoring IT related stock inventory for the offices including
warranty information
• Provide remote support to users travelling to fields when requested by way of telephone
conversation, Team Viewer and email.
