    EARLY CAREER TRAINEE( ECT) PROGRAM – 2025

    Function Applied for :- Information Technology


    Duration : 15 months (12 Months rotational IT stints & 3 months role-based training)
    Program Overview
    •An extensive rotation program tailored for new campus hires to ensure that their journey within Unilever is impactful and enriching from Day 1
    •Stint structure will help in exploring different technologies such as Data & Analytics , Enterprise applications , Cloud Technologies, Technology Services as
    well as functional areas such as Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, eCommerce etc . This will strengthen functional skill and help build a strong
    network along with giving a solid foundation for career growth . There will be 4 stints of 3 months each followed by 3 months of final role-based training
    •Each stint will cover a different technology / functional focus to ensure that by the end of the 12 months the candidate has a holistic overview of technologies
    as well as the business impact / value proposition for each of those.

    •Each candidate will be assigned a Coach and a Mentor to guide them through the program and provide leadership insights
    •The stints will upskill the candidate across of program management, people management and technology delivery in addition to business partnering and
    technology focus. All stints may not require hands-on coding / programming / tool builds.

    •Exposure to several projects to build functional and businessacumen along with providing oopportunity to network within the business
    •Post successful completion of training period, the trainee will take charge as Senior Executive – IT

    Application Enrolment :
    •Good academic track record and good extra curricularactivities
    •B.E (Computer Science, Electrical, Information Technology, Information Science & Electronics)
    •Relevant technology-based projects Willing to work in any location
