    Gross: Received 8 unstained slides in a packing labeled with patient's name and medical record number, (4 fixed
    in 95% alcohol for Papstain and 4 air dried for RAPI stain), all stained and examined.

    Micro: Smear reveals groups of atypical cells showing high nuclear to cytoplasmic ratio, pleomorphic and
    hyperchromatic nuclei.
