Overview of the Group

 Uresources Group, hold four concession of 3rd generation CCOWs in South Sumatera
one of them is called: PT. Astaka Dodol (“Astaka”)
– Astaka concessions is located on the east coast of Sumatera, +/- 120 km to the north
west of Palembang city, South Sumatera province.
– Astaka concession can be reached by public road approximately 5 hours from
Palembang by car.
– Astaka commenced commercial production in 2018, by the end of 2019 the year-end
production amount is expected to reach 600 Thousand tons. In 2020 the target
production is 1.5 million tons.
– Astaka concession is divided into three Sub-Block (A, B, & C). Sub-Block C is most
suitable to be dedicated to serve Mine Mouth Power Plan projects. Sub-Block C of
Astaka’s coal reserves is sufficient to supply up to 1000 MW Coal fired power plant for
30 years.

 CCOW is a Coal Contract of Work signed with the Government of Republic Indonesia
which give a rights for the company to mine at the concession area for 30 years and
extendable for another 20 years.

Malaysia, Vietnam and Philippines market.

Overview of Coal Characteristics

The Quality of the coal was analyzed at the coal chemistry laboratory of the
Directorate of Mineral Resources, Bandung.

In addition by aforesaid government institution, another analysis has also been


done by PT. Sucofindo, Carsurin, Geoservices,CCIC . The analysis employed
ASTM (American Standard for Testing Material) and BS (British Standard)
Methods.
