We get used to living with our challenges and they sometimes become an automatic part of our life.
However, to address our challenges, it may be helpful to back up a little and unpack why and how
things are happening. Understanding the history of the problem, how the problem shows up in our life,
and what we can do, can highlight the trouble spots which we might want to address.
