    This is to inform you that The City Bank Limited has approved a bike loan of Tk. 350,000/- (Taka Three Lac
    Fifty Thousand Only) For 36 EMI to RIFATUL ISLAM to purchase a bike from your organization. Please
    confirm the phone number [01620006050] before delivery the bike, otherwise if any miscarriage responsibility will
    born by merchant. Bike details given below –

    Brand : Suzuki

    Model : GSX-R 150 Dual ABS

    The bike should be registered in the name as to “ RIFATUL ISLAM HP THE CITY BANK LTD”

    The City Bank Limited now requests you to complete the next process.

     
    Please deliver the following documents to The City Bank Limited:

    1. Copy of BRTA bank deposit slip for registration of the vehicle.


    2. Copy of Delivery challan which sign by the customer.
    3. Un-dated security cheque MICR in favor of “The City Bank Ltd”

    Once the Bank receives the above 03 (Three) documents, Bank will transfer the amount to your designated account
    number after deducting processing fee with VAT (1.725% of approved amount) & documentation charge with
    VAT (1150/= fixed for each loan).

    Note: ***Woman & City Bank Staff, No processing fee, No documentation charge.

    ***City Bank “Permanent Staff” Hire Purchase not require.

    Please deliver the Registration acknowledge slip and Tax token copy within 20 working days after delivery which
    should be in the name as: "RIFATUL ISLAM HP THE CITY BANK LTD”

    This request letter valid for next 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the date of issuance.
