Sub-Demand letter for 60% of work completed our agreement cost Rs. 1287883- for booking of
Flat No. 101, 1st Floor, O Building, TAj Nandanvan.

We are pleased to inform you that the construction work is completed in all respect. As per
the payment schedule of our agreement, we hereby request you to pay the installment which has
become due against the said schedule of work.
