Field Study 2
After realizing the different elements and steps of a classroom/remote management plan,
you are now ready to make your own plan which you can implement in your classroom/remote
learning. You may request a copy of the Classroom/Remote Learning Management Plan of your
Resource Teacher or you may surf the internet for more samples to guide you in creating your
plan.
Be guided with the guide questions for each of the elements. Follow these reminders in
writing your plan.
Philosophical Statement
My teaching philosophy is to create an environment that allows for supervised exploration. The
most significant learning occurs in both meaningful and realistic situations.
Teacher-Student Relationships
I shall deal fairly and respectfully with my students to foster positive relationships between them.
I'll teach them how to respect others and behave morally. It works better when we interact if I use
kind phrases with them. They will learn both how to speak and listen from me. I'll remind them
that they are my students and I am their instructor in the classroom, so they should keep me
informed of any concerns if I need them to.
NOTICE
After reading and reviewing the classroom/remote learning management plan from
different sources and creating your own plan, answer the following questions.
I noticed that a teacher should always know every student's needs. We always have to
consider the comfort of each student to be able to learn and reflect. This episode will focus on
classroom routines and procedures.
2.Why is there a need to utilize the information to create your classroom management plan?
3. What were the significant things that you noticed when you were implementing your plan?
A well-organized and ordered classroom relies on a plan. One of the main goals of this
plan is to create a healthy and productive learning environment in our school by reducing
distractions and helping students concentrate on their academic work and understand what is
expected of them.
4. Were there items in your classroom/remote learning manangement plan which were not
tailored to the needs of your students? How will you improve on these?
Strategies for rewards and consequences, I think I need to improve this by asking the
students thoughts on this matter so it would be fair with them.
ANALYZE
Schedules and timeframes were frequently observed since there was a time limit and if
you didn't comply, the student would miss a class or an activity.
2. What elements in your plan were the most difficult to implement? Why?
Strategies for rewards and consequences, beacuse I am not aware if it is fair for other
students.

REFLECT
What were your realizations after creating and implementing your clasroom/remote
learning management plan?
I am aware that it is crucial to continually take into account the preferences or opinions of
the students while creating a management plan, especially when it comes to classroom
regulations and procedures, so that they can suggest what is ideal for them. We also need to
acknowledge that a management plan is essential because it establishes everything that occurs
inside the classroom, including the environment, tone, and behavior of the students, and, most
importantly, a positive response to their performance and academic results.
OBSERVE
The challenges I have encountered is on how to make this plan diverse and student
centered approach.
REFLECT
Giving the students the right to have a say in making a the plan.
