    NARRATIVE REPORT ON DISTRICT


    VIRTUAL INSET-SY 2021-2022
    Day 1

    The first day of District North 1 Virtual Inset was conducted last September 1, 2022,
    Assistant School Division Superintendent, Alicia E. Anghay,PhD. was the first speaker,
    she discussed about Understanding Leadership in the New Normal. She has imparted
    a lot of insights an realization to us educators. Then, this was followed by the teaching
    demonstration of Mr. Arvin Jan L. Tachado of Puntod National High School, were
    everyone was in awe because he used different methods on his slides to deliver his
    class demo.
    It was the follwed by Mr. Michael Dave B. Tan discussed about Types of Remote
    Learning where in bichronous distance learning was one of those.He enlightened us
    about our negativity on this. It was a very interesting topic.
    In the afternoon Mr. Joel D. Potane,PhD., discussed about the characteristics of the
    SLM. He also sought the Blooms taxonomy, the Addie model,ASSURE. He also
    discussed Designing Research-Based Learning Resource for Educators in the New
    Normal. Where he enumerated different steps in conducting research. Ma’am Jeanette
    Luzano had her demonstration in Mathematics, where she did well.

    Day 2

    This day. Sir Reynaldo E. Manuel discussed about “Building Personal Resilience” was
    a timely topic in this trying time. Ma’am Roxanne Fuentes, was also a speaker, who
    discussed about the Apps and Tools for Bichronous Distance Learning. Ma’am Fuentes
    discussed and even made an example of every app she uses.
    In the afternoon, Sir Mark John T. Gabule, discussed about Ed Tech for Better or
    Worse. After Ma’am Edna Miranda of NCCS discussed about Microsoft 365.

    Day 3

    Sir Reinar Vega’s input on video Editing for Teachers’ Contextualize d Wideo Online
    MSEP teaching demonstration by Jalce Mae Baquilid of Consolacion Elementary
    School PM session on Microsoft Teams for Online Classes by the energetic Edna
    Miranda Science Teaching demo by Ms. Lovely Ponce of Macabalan Elementary
    School and ESP Teaching demo by. Sara Mea Lara of St. John Elementary
    School.This a morning and afternoon sessions.
