    Pre-Checks
    Is approval for documentation done prior to commencement of work?
    Are all the drawings " Good for Construction"?
    Is compressive strength of concrete curb used for this Lot tested
    & verified as per design?
    Dimension and Visual Check for Every Receipt at Site
    Are there any damage (a crack, a hole or fragment) found on curb?
    (if yes, the material shall be rejected)
    is the Concrete Curb dimension in accordance with the drawing approved?
    (if no, the material shall be rejected)
    Survey / Staking Out
    Is Survey/ staking out completed?
    Is position/ alignment marked on ground?
    Installation of Concrete Curb
    Is there any damages observed on the concrete curb segments?
    (excessive cracks or broken segments or deformation etc)
    (If yes, damage shall be brought to QC team's notice and shall not be used)
    Are the levels and alignment before final installation checked and
    verified by survey team?
    Backfilling
    Is the backfilling carried out in specified manner as mentioned in MS?
    Is the compaction carried out as mentioned in MS?
