ABSTRACT

ii

The effects of COVID-19 on consumer behavior are discussed, as well as the implications of this

disruption for marketing strategies and policies. Changes in customer behavior and the way marketing

is carried out during economic downturns are comparable to those seen throughout the crisis. It does,

however, exhibit traits that distinguish it from down cycles, such as shifts in consumption within

categories and a faster shift from offline to online behavior. The re-evaluation of life priorities by

ultimate consumers has compelled this.

1.4. THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK

We searchers handled the impacts of pandemics which are actually an issue in the Philippines as well as around the

world. The insight concentrate on try to find out the adverse powerful hypothetical points of view, asset based

We start with one of key administration’s most pand enterprises than others, firm assets are basic for

enduring the pandemic and the subsequent financial interruption. For the time being, monetary assets

1.6. GENERAL SIGNIFICANCE
Business research helps to identify opportunities and threads. It helps identify problems and using the

information, wise decisions can be made to tackle the issue appropriately. It helps to understand customers better

hence with the customers and stakeholders.

The research was conducted to determine the impact of time management on students’ academic

performance. It was conducted during the S.Y 2021-2022. The participants of this study are the SHS Students

of Cabadbaran City National High School using a survey research method.

This study is limited to SHS Students enrolled in the academic track at Cabadbaran City NHS with the

use of a random sampling technique.

1.8. BENEFICIARIES AND BENEFITS

Employees. Employee benefits are defined as the non-wage compensation provide to employees by an

organization in addition to their normal salaries or wages. These benefits may include, group insurance (health, dental,

life etc.)

Because of the pandemic, many employees changed their carryover options for vacation days or Paid Time Off

(PTO), giving them more options for their unused leave time. In the last year, 17 percent of employees have introduced

more paid leave carryover options. Almost a quarter of those employers (24%) intend to make this a permanent change,

while 17 percent are considering it permanent.

Managers. Many managers enjoy having a say in how their company operates, such as by shaping and improving

the company culture. Understanding the significance of culture can assist organizational leaders in retaining talent and

promoting a more supportive and appealing workplace environment for employees.

Customers. Marketing is all about seeing things through the eyes of the customer. Indeed, it has been stated

that marketing is the entire business as seen through the eyes of our customers, rather than a separate department.

This is much easier said than done. We naturally see our creative endeavors through our own eyes because we are

immersed in them. We also know a lot about our company’s processes, creativity, methods, and other details
