    Race Rules and
    General Information
    1. The 5km Night Run will take place at Grass Roof at 17h30 on 16 September 2022.
    2. The 5km Night Run begins and ends at Grass Roof (792 Heron Road).
    3. Any entrants under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
    4. Night Run tags must be attached to the front of your vest or t-shirt and be visible at
    all times.
    5. Age category colours must be worn on the front of the vest to qualify for the
    category.
    6. There are no clothing restrictions for the Night Run.
    7. The wearing of headsets or earphones IS NOT ALLOWED. Runners will be
    disqualified.
    8. Entry fees are non-refundable.
    9. Custom 35th birthday socks will be awarded to ALL finishers.
    10. Medals will be awarded to the first 100 finishers.
    11. The prize giving will take place after the run at the venue.
    12. Local entries may be handed in at Harvest Christian School.
    13. The closing date for entries is Friday 9 September 2022. The proof/ receipt of
    payment is required on registration.
    14. The entry fee for the 5km Night Run is R65 per entrant. Payment can be made via
    Karri App or eft or card payment at reception.

    15. Registration and late entries will be:
    - 13h30 to 14h30 on Wednesday 14 September 2022 (School staff room)
    - 17h00 to 18h00 on Thursday 15 September 2022 (School staff room)
    - 16h30 to 17h00 on 16 September, race day (race venue, Grass Roof).
    16. This event has been organised by Harvest Christian School.
    17. Athletes indemnify Harvest Christian School, Grass Roof, Sponsors and Organisers
    against all or any actions of whatever nature arising out of participation in these
    events.
    All 5km Night Run finishers will receive a pair of
    custom 35 year birthday celebration socks!
