IV. PROCEDURES
The teacher will discuss the definition of significance of assessing health-related fitness component.

The following template is provided for you to accomplish by filling in the blanks. Identify the missing component of
physical fitness, name of the fitness, name of the fitness test in the first column, and the respective scores generated
by performing the indicated tests in the second column.
