Job Salary, and This post attracts a gross salary of US Dollars $150 (One hundred Fifty
accomodation USD Only) per month. And after a month salary will be increased based
on the performance and satisfaction. Full accommodation will be covered
Responsibilities,
Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established
standards of hygiene.
Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting
boards, and dishes.
Assisting the Cook with the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing,
cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry, and meat.
Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floors as well as wiping down kitchen walls.
Assisting with the unloading of delivered food supplies.
Organizing and correctly storing food supplies.
Promptly transferring meal ingredients from storage areas to the kitchen as per the Cook's
instructions.
Stirring and heating soups and sauces as well as preparing hot beverages.
Serve food and drink orders
Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed
standards of cleanliness are met.
Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required.
Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages
Provide excellent customer service to guests
Any other work that might deem necessary.

Probationary period:
There will be a probationary period of three months, at the end of this period the position will
be reviewed and if satisfactory the continuation of your employment will be confirmed.
Hours of work:
The hours of work are full day from Saturday to Friday full time.
There is a need for the employee to be flexible and these hours may be changed as required
according to the emplo er needs. Under these circumstances, where hours need to be
changed or additional hours worked, the employer will give as much notice as possible.
Lateness:
There will not be acceptable any lateness.

Annual Leaves:
If the duration of this agreement is for a period of 5 months or longer, the Employee would be
entitled to one month per year. Leave may only be taken at a time to be agreed or as
determined by the Employer.
Termination of employment:
The employer reserves the right to dismiss you without notice in cases of serious breach of
the terms of your employment, gross misconduct or gross negligence by you.
Confidentiality:
All information regarding the employer, the emplo er family and the emplo er domestic or
personal circumstances is strictly confidential and cannot be discussed with a third party without
the Emplo er specific permission, or in an emergency situation.
The employer will hold personal information about you and your passport as personnel
records. The employer will abide by the Data Protection act and disclose this information
only to the relevant third parties e.g. HM Revenue and Customs.
Disciplinary procedures:
Minor problems will be dealt with and resolved informally.

In cases of more serious problems, depending on the seriousness of the breach of terms and
conditions of contract or conduct and performances of your duties, one of the following
disciplinary actions may be taken.

A verbal warning which will be confirmed to you in writing and recorded in your
personnel file for a period of (six months is usual).
A final warning which would be confirmed to you in writing advising that further
misconduct could lead to dismissal and recorded in your personnel file for a period of
(12 months is usual).
Dismissal:
In case of gross misconduct there will be no period of notice given. If you are in your
probationary period or first year of employment, only one warning is required before
dismissal.
