APPOINTMENT AGREEMENT
For valuable consideration, the Company and the Employee agree as follows:
• Preparing food: You will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes and established
standards. This includes measuring ingredients, chopping vegetables, marinating meats, cooking on the stove
or in the oven, and presenting the finished product.
• Maintaining quality: You will be responsible for maintaining the quality of the food they prepare. This involves
ensuring that the food is fresh, properly cooked, and presented in an appealing manner.
• Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen: Make sure to keep your work area clean and tidy, following health and
safety guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain hygiene. This includes cleaning cooking equipment, utensils,
and work surfaces.
• Managing inventory: Ensuring that the kitchen is stocked with the necessary ingredients, checking expiration
dates, and notifying the manager when supplies are running low.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure that meals are prepared on time and to the required standard.
• Maintaining equipment: You must maintain and clean kitchen equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
2)Compensation
The Employee shall be paid Rs. 18000/- per month as salary. The Salary shall be paid in arrears on monthly basis.
Any “tips” received by the Employee from a customer above and beyond the bill shall be reported to the Company which
will become the property of the employee. No advances will be granted to the employee.
3)Probation
The Employee’s probationary period will be for a period of 1 month from the Joining Date.
During the Employee’s Probationary Period, the Company may terminate the Employee’s employment for any reason
without notice of cause.
4)Code of Conduct
• Punctuality and Attendance: Employees are expected to arrive at work on time and maintain good attendance.
• Dress Code: Employees are required to dress appropriately and wear clean uniforms while on duty.
• Customer Service: Employees are expected to provide excellent customer service, be friendly, and maintain a
positive attitude.
• Food Safety: Employees are responsible for maintaining food safety standards, including proper hand hygiene,
safe food handling practices, and keeping the kitchen clean.
• Teamwork: Employees are expected to work together as a team and support each other to ensure a smooth
operation of the restaurant.
• Confidentiality: Employees are expected to maintain confidentiality and not share sensitive information about the
restaurant, its employees, or its customers.

• Professionalism: Employees are expected to behave in a professional manner, including avoiding profanity,
inappropriate jokes, and personal phone calls during work hours. Smoking and drinking is strictly prohibited during
the working hours.
• Conflict Resolution: Employees are expected to resolve conflicts in a professional and respectful manner and report
any issues to their supervisor.
Employees need to strictly follow the above-mentioned code of conduct failing to which shall result in termination of
their services.
5)Confidentiality
The Employee agrees to keep confidential all information that is proprietary to the Employer, including but not limited to
recipes, methods, techniques, and any other information that is not generally known to the public.
6)Termination
At any time, this Employment Agreement may be terminated by:
• breach of this Employment Agreement by the Employee
• on the provision of 15 Days’ notice by either party
• absent from work for more than 2 days without any prior information.
• gross misconduct of the Employee affecting the Company
If this Agreement is terminated the Company shall not be liable to pay the Employee any sum payable to the Employee
after the date of termination.
The Employer reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to change, suspend, or cancel, with or without notice, all or any
part of the policies, procedures, programs, and benefits discussed in this Agreement.
This Agreement is effective as of the undersigned date and may be updated at any time.
I, as an employee, acknowledge that I have read and agree to the above terms and conditions made in this Agreement.
