We are happy to welcome you to the POLARR AZANJE CONSTRUCTION Family. We


have spent a great deal of time and thought in selecting you for this responsible position
and we sincerely hope that you will have a fruitful and pleasant working relationship with us.

1. Your employment starts on _____________________. You are designated as


_________________, and will be assigned to the ______________ Department
under MR./MS._____________________________.

During the period of five (5) months (_________________), you will be on


probationary status. Your performance as a probationary employee will be
evaluated one (1) month before your appointment is due to expire. If in our judgment
you have qualified for the job, you would be given a regular appointment. Otherwise,
your appointment with the company will be automatically terminated at the close of
office hours on _______________.

2. The principal areas of performance which you will be evaluated are the following:

i. Attendance and punctuality

During your probationary employment, you will not be entitled to the benefits enjoyed
by the regular employees. However, if you become a regular employee of the
company, the date on which you were regularized, that is ______________, will be
used for purposes of calculating the benefits that you are entitled to.

While you are on probationary employment, any general wage or salary increase
granted pursuant to government legislation or by virtue of a unilateral act of the
company shall not be considered as a waiver by the company of your probationary
status.

3. Your monthly salary will be ____________________ (P__________) and will be


paid to you on or about the 15 th and 30th (or 31st) of the month. Your gross monthly
compensation shall also be considered as including payment for rest days and all
holidays now or in the future as required by law to be compensated.

4. Your work hours will be from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mondays through Saturdays.
