2. Determine the adequateness of the curricular program of the College of Education in terms of

a. College Activities

b. Seminar

c. Demonstration Teaching

d. Lesson Planning

e. Lesson delivery of a teacher

3. Determine the Skills and competencies acquired from the institution relevant to the present job.

4. Gathering inputs on how to enhance the Education program on M.C

Significance of the Study

This study would be beneficial to the following:

College of Education. The findings of this study will provide objective information and concrete evidence
of its teacher education programs ' quality and efficiency, effectiveness adequacy and relevance to
students, professional development and growth, and socio-economic productivity.

Maryhill College. This study will be a significant source of information in assessing the employability of
its students, especially to those who have the authority to implement improvements in the school
policies and curriculum. This research can also serve as a reliable source of consultative information
regarding policy making, project growth, and curriculum changes.

Students. This study will serve as their motivation to study harder in pursuing their goals to become
successful graduates of education.

Faculty. This can serve as a starting point for the faculty to recognize the inclusion of all-inclusive
learning experiences and career services in the planning and design of their syllabi.

To future researchers, this research can serve as a material for those who wish to explore significant
insights and valuable information on the problems encountered in the study as sources of information in
the future.
