This is in reference of the captioned subiect whereby the undersigJr.ed was appointed
as Liquidator for conducting the liquidation process of World Consulting &
Research Corporation Pvt. Ltd (under liquidation) by virtue of older dated August
07, 2019 passed by Hon ble NCLT, Principal Bench New Delhi.
The Liquidator convenes a meeting of the stakeholder consultation committee on

December 16,2019 at Patanjali Associates E-7 Basement Kailash Colony New Delhi
110048 04:00 PM as he considers it necessarry,to discuss the agenda set out below.
1. To update on the status of cLaims received from the Ffurancial Creditors,

Operational Creditors, Workmen and Employees of the Corporate Debtor in
liquidation frocess including Statutory Authorities.
2. To brief the attendees about the liquidation process of the Corporate Debtor and
to discuss the way forward.
3. To seek dfuections from the Adjudicating Authority for filing application against
erstwhile IRP for sale of assets of the Corporate Debtor
4. To discuss appointrnent of valuer for the sale of car.
5. To discuss dilficulties in non-opening of escrow account for diskibution of

proceeds.
6. To discuss the fee to be paid to [quidator as per IBBI Circular dated 25s ]uly
20-19.
7. To discuss outright sale of brand
8. Any other matter with the permission of the Chah.

The meeting shall be chaired by the undersigned.
You are requested to provide your confirmation on participation in the meeting by

December 76th, 2019 through email to the office of the undersigned so that
appropriate arrangements are made.
The Financial Creditors and nominees of class of claimants (other than Financial
Creditors) are requested to provide details of authorised person who shall be
attending the meeting by December 16th, 2019.
