    CDS Performance Report

    CDS Performance Report

    Purpose
    Show technical performance of CDS devices

    Usage
    To be used by store to check statistics etc. for CDS, and to be used by Gunnebo service and
    support to get an overview of technical performance for CDS.

    Procedure
    1. Select the time period by entering dates in the “From” and “To” fields. The calendar button (
    ) can be used to select dates.
    2. If preferred, add Specific Events ( ), normally only used by Gunnebo service
    3. If preferred, change Event Count Mode to “Relative” in the drop-down list. The relative
    number per 10 000 coins/notes is useful when comparing different devices.
    4. Generate the report by clicking “ Execute report”

    Overview

    The report shows one device per row.

    Location Store/Department Where the device is
    located
    Device Name of the device Normally same as check
    out number
    Deposits
    Column Description Comment
    Cassettes Number of cassettes deposited in the device
    during the selected time period
    Notes Number of notes deposited in the device during
    the selected time period
    Jams Number of jams during the selected time period
    Collections
    Bags Number of CDS bags collected during the selected
    time period
    Notes Number of notes collected during the selected
    time period
    Fill ratio Average fill ratio during the selected time period
    Only used by
    Gunnebo Service:
    Event Categories Message, Technical, Exception, Warning: Number Viewed by clicking “ ”
    of technical events
    Specific Events High: Number of high level messages

    2-56: Cassette full

    4-80: Cassette note jam


    4-87: Cassette low battery

    4-98: Cassette time-out
