Payments:
• Minimum Booking amount would be 15% of the total package
cost or minimum Rs. 15,000.
• Booking Payment should be done online directly on Payment
Gateway of website, Bank Account, Google-Pay, Paytm or
Phone Pay.
• Remaining amount should be paid 7 days prior to the tour
starts.
Booking Confirmation Policy:

• The customer receives a confirmation recipt via email within 15
minutes of successful booking.
Refund policy:
• If cancellations are made 7 days before the start date of the
trip, no amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made within 3-7 days before the start date
of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as
cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made within 1-3 days before the start date
of the trip, 90% of total tour cost will be charged as
cancellation fees.
• Same Day cancellations are non refundable.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government
restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such
cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate
feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the
same on the last day.
