    Greetings!

    This has reference to the Authority to Accept Payment (ATAP) forms issued by the Bureau of the Treasury to fidelity bond
    applicant/s for presentation to Authorized Government Servicing/Depository Banks (AGSBs/AGDBs) upon payment of bond
    premium per Treasury Circular No. 02-2009 dated 6 August 2009. We would like to inform you that we are already
    accepting and processing request/s for fidelity bond application/s through email. An electronic copy of the ATAP is also
    issued by the BTr to the applicant/s. To ensure the veracity and protect the integrity of the ATAP issued, we added the Quick
    Response (QR) code as a security feature. When scanned, the QR code shows the unique code combinations assigned by
    BTr to prevent tampering.

    Below are the details of ATAP/s issued by the BTr to agency/ies for your validation and reference:
