PIN Mailer Upgrade – The project involves parameterization to


send PIN files to different vendors. Business direction needs to
have control on the provider to which the Pin Mailer files has to
be sent having a contingency process in case any provider is
having issues either due in transmission. With the above upgrade
business requires to send Pin Mailer details in form of PIN BLOCK.

Cobranza Garantizada - Payroll processing (also called


Guaranteed Collection) is as similar to Direct Debit processing for
those customers whom have the credit card and also have the
payroll deposit the bank need to start holding the balance
whenever the salary is being paid into the savings account
number and then as part of a batch process confirm that holding
by sending the payment application to be posted on OHCARDS.

Direct Debit Functionality - Direct Debit processing is the option


for the bank to automatically withdraw the payment from the
cardholders saving account when the particular payment date is
reached. As a part of different phases for this functionality direct
debit base functionality is enhanced with the customizations to
process both HSBC accounts as well other bank accounts.
Apart from above enhancement, automatic payment functionality
was improved to include number of reattempts done for
automatic payment till next billing cycle, increase range of
payment types, checks if a payment was applied previously to the
payment due date and sending alerts to the customers once the
payment has been applied.
