    Tan Lai Kum wants to purchase a house in her hometown, Kangar, Perlis. After being
    approached by a sale representative from UBA Developer Berhad, a housing developer, she
    was interested to purchase a terrace house in Taman Hijrah Sentosa due to its strategic
    location. However, she was informed that the individual title for each housing unit has not yet
    been obtained. Her house is expected to be completed in January 2022.
    Tan Lai Kum is adamant in purchasing the terrace house and has successfully obtained a
    housing loan from Cimd Bank Berhad. You have been appointed as a solicitor in advising
    Tan Lai Kum and preparing the necessary documents.
    Instructions:
    1. Submission of all the documents to be put in a file and to be submitted by hand with
    softcopy documents to be sent through UUM Portal.
    2. Students are not required to submit documents such as ICs, and cheques for payment.
    3. If any groups found to have similar/identical submission, 0 mark will be given.
    4. The due date is on 2nd June 2021 (Wednesday) before 4.00 pm.
