like to know if you have been to an attorney before, and also how would you like us

facts.
 Can you elaborate on the character of your property, whether it is your
ancestral property or your own property? Is there any joint owner of your
property?
 for how long have you been living there?
 How are the terms between you and Rakesh?
 Is there any past history between you and Rakesh with respect to your
property?
 What is the conflict between you and Rakesh?
 Do you have any rent agreement which has been signed by Rakesh?
 Why you haven’t took any action after the expiry of five years. What you were
waiting for?

