you with a custom-built loan and quote. If you like it then we will proceed with underwriting, we’ll request the
relevant docs we need to verify the details. If everything looks good, we’ll be all set. Once everything is
okay and verified, we can send the funds to the title company or attorney handling the closing. You’ll
sign the necessary docs and… There you go! You can now own the property! We can close the property
in 10days.
