    Introduction

    Counsel 2:
    Good Morning, We are pleased to have you here!!
    Sir/ mam you can address us as counselor 1 and counselor 2. We are the once who will be
    primarily handling your case.
    How would you like to be addressed?

    Counsel 1:
    We hope you are doing well and you did not face any difficulty in connecting with us.
    We understand that because of this pandemic we are caught in a virtual setting, otherwise we
    would have loved to have a one-on-one discussion with you in our chamber.
    Any way my co-counsel and I sincerely hope that we can use this time in assisting you and
    helping you solve your problem.
    Is this your first time consulting for a legal advice or visiting a law firm?

    Counsel 2:
    Okay .. So, You must be wondering why 2 counselors are present here today.
    Sir/ma’am this is for your benefit we both bring different expertise and different experience
    on the table.
    We both like to meet our client collectively, so that both of us can benefit the client from
    our collective expertise, plus In case any one of us is unavailable due to some unavoidable
    circumstances, the other one can assist you in whatever way possible.
    I believe you received an email on your registered e-mail id with us, about the fees structure?

    Counsel 1:
    No: okay no problem
    Yes: still, to avoid confusion, I wish to reiterate
    Please allow me to state that the fees we charge is ₹ 5000/hour. But since this is our first
    session it will be free of cost.
    We will begin to charge you after you have checked all the terms and conditions and signed
    the agreement.

    Counsel 2:
    I believe The most important thing while consulting is to establish trust, So, please feel free
    and comfortable while discussing the problem.
    We are here to help you, so that you can make an informed choice.
    So, I would request to be as open as possible, and we would ensure you any communication
    between us is covered under privilege and within the four corner of the non-disclosure
    agreement, which will be shared by my co-counsel on the screen, as of this moment.

    Counsel 1:
    This agreement will be mailed to you subsequently and you may sign the same accordingly.
    Counsel 2:
    Now please tell us what brought you here?
    Please allow me to state that we both will be taking certain notes for the better understanding
    of your case. These notes will be confidential.
    Counsel 1:
    And we will be asking you certain questions in between. Now you may start telling us your
    problem/issue.
