    Gentlemen:

    We are pleased to submit our offer for the above mentioned subject with terms and condition
    herein as follows:

    Detailed Scope of Work:

    o Mobilization of manpower & equipment/instrument to site.


    o Coordination with the end user's maintenance personnel for the de-energization of unit
    (De-Energization of transformer by RCBMI Teresa)
    o Safety orientation, risk assessment and secure work permit.
    o Check and conduct visual inspection on external parts, accessories, and devices.
    o Conduct output voltage measurement of de-energized transformer
    o Disconnect primary and secondary terminals of transformer.
    o Initial Testing
    • Insulation resistance
    • Winding resistance test as found tap
    • Transformer Turns Ratio Test as found tap
    • Insulation Power Factor Test
    o Set-up purifier and transformer unit – check fittings.
    o Lower oil level below working level
    o Oil leak correction in buchholz relay thru regasketting – for N1T30
    o Oil leak corrections at HVB by regasketing (H1, H2, H3) – for N1T10
    o Oil leak correction of OTI by regasketing – for N1T10

    o Replacement of silica gel, both T10 and T30


    o Leak testing prior to oil purification
    o Start oil purification/degassing – under vacuum pressure at temp of 60° - 70°C using a
    fully automated 2000LPH On-Line/Offline Vacuum Oil Purifier.
    o Continue hot-oil circulation (minimum three cycles) for at least two cycles
    o Oil filling up of desired oil level.
    o Cool down oil temperature to 40°C.
    o Final Testing after oil leak correction and oil purification
    • Insulation resistance
    • Polarity Index (PI) test
    • Winding resistance test as found tap
    • Transformer Turns Ratio Test as found tap
    • Insulation Power Factor Test
    o Re-connect HV and LV terminals
    o Oil sampling after oil purification
    • Water content test
    • Dielectric breakdown voltage (DBV) test
    o Final inspection - check proper oil level
    o Clean and clear the area
    o Re-energize unit by RCBMI Teresa
    o Submit formal report and recommendation by PEE

    1. De-energization and re-energization is RCBMI Teresa responsibility.


    2. RCBMI Teresa to give at least one week prior notice before mobilization/
    implementation.
    3. RCBMI Teresa to provide power supply for Oil purifier (230V, 3 phase, 150A)
    4. RCBMI Teresa to provide 230V Single phase for test instrument
    5. RCBMI Teresa to provide transformer oil for topping
    6. Silica gel c/o Delta Grid
    7. Replacement of OTI, BR, and HVBs are not included in this proposal.

    Terms and Conditions:

    Price Offered : Net, Vat Exclusive, 2 units, 1 lot


    Completion : One (1) day after shutdown, 16 hours
    Terms of payment : 60 days upon completion
    Validity : 30 days from date of offer
    Warranty : Six (6) Months on the scope of work done
