and hospitality industry?
Competition comes in when diverse people visits the country. It may be local or
international. In order to meet the needs to these diverse people, local or
private resorts and restaurants provide a lot of options for them to choose. It is
an advantage to an organization like the tourism and hospitality industry
because it widens their creativity to offer to their costumer.

The advantages of working in culturally diverse organization are the experience
and learnings. It may sound cliché but with hard work and patience, you may be
able to surpass your limits. It also taught you the culture, beliefs, history, and
language of different countries. In that way you will hone your skills and keep
moving forward outside you comfort zone.

language, racism, and beliefs. For example, if you are working at a diverse
workplace, it will be hard for you to communicate and get along with your co-
workers. Some are experiencing racism because you came from different race.
And belief, some may not able to understand you because each of you has
distinct belief and you must respect it. To be able to overcome the hurdles in
your workplace you must be considerate and aware of your surroundings.

improvement of worker engagement, improve their productivity, and widen
their cultural insights. If these aspects will put on work, the employees will be at
ease and do not have to worry on work. They were be able to enjoy each other’s
company and help the organization to grow bigger.

Tourism and hospitality industry considered as diverse industry and full of
cultural diversity simply because you are dealing with different people across
the globe. The nature of your work, tourism and hospitality serves its purpose.
You will able to encounter new people and it is your responsibility to cater
them.

Cultural diversity in the tourism and hospitality industry is important because it
must meet the needs of different people. To feel them comfortable and fit in
even though they themselves are unique. Their unity is fulfilling and attracts
more people.
