    RE: DEMAND LETTER FOR THE SURRENDER OF ATM CARD


    AND PIN CODE

    Sir/Madam:

    We are writing at the behest of our client, VINCENT DELL BARTOLATA, the son of DELIA
    BARTOLATA from whom you had transacted a contract of loan secured by her deposit account
    in Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK ATM Card) under account number 0136-2494-52.

    Upon the latter’s demise, our client informed us that the debt was already covered by the then
    existing balance in the aforesaid account, therefore, the LANDBANK ATM Card belonging to
    his late mother should be duly returned to him. More so, our client informed us that at present,
    an additional amount has been deposited into the account and to be used only for his personal
    concerns. To prevent the said amount from being used for any other purposes under your
    control, it is imperative that it be returned immediately to our client.

    In view of the foregoing, we oblige you to return the afore-mentioned ATM Card, and verily the
    disclosure of its PIN code, within five (5) days from receipt of this letter. The reason being,
    there is no longer any existing obligation in favor of you and your office.

    Your refusal would be an avenue for further legal actions. Also, consider this as a FINAL
    DEMAND made upon you to perform your obligation within FIVE (5) days from receipt of
    this letter.
