    Proposal for the Compromise Agreement

    As per the mediation proceedings conducted last 12 September 2020 with Atty. Yvette
    Tenefrancia of BiR and Retired Justice Manalastas as our mediator, we have come up with the following
    terms for the compromise agreement.
    Due to the effects of the pandemic which resulted to a great loss to the business of Comglasco
    Aguila Glass Corporation, we are respectfully proposing to have our payments be divided into 7
    installments:
    a. Down payment of 1 million to be paid on ______________; and
    b. Payment of P500,000 every month to be every __________________.
    Moreover, to help us fully recover, we respectfully propose that the said payments be free of
    interest so that this will not add another burden to our already struggling company. Our company is just
    really trying to survive in this arduous times so this extended terms of payment will help us recoup our
    losses and re-strategize on how we can bounce back again after this whole pandemic is over.
    Again, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude for letting us settle this matter once and for
    all.
