    The undersigned is writing in behalf of SPOUSE SD and MD ,the true and


    lawful owner of the subject lot with TCT No. T-95813 of the civil case filed
    against SPS. R and I with case no. 0000.

    According to our client, the certified true copy of said lot is in your
    possession. Thus, our client through undersigned seeks to recover the
    same.

    In this regard, may we request you to surrender the certified true copy of
    lot with TCT No. T-123456 otherwise we will be constrained to file
    necessary case pursuant sec. 107 of P.D. No. 1529 to recover said Title.

    To avoid further inconvenience, do give this matter your preferential


    attention.
