This task is a Case Study. Read the scenario below:

You are a Manager in a logistics company (AXYZ Pty Ltd) that is undertaking an extensive change
management intervention to:

 Introduce a new software to manage the global logistics network

 Review operational processes along the supply chain to increase productivity in Australia by
20% at the end of the intervention

 Train existing staff in Australia on the new software and processes

 Improve the organisational culture to be more result-focused and to create a work


environment that celebrates and values diversity in the workplace

Your change management team comprises of personnel from the company and staff that has been
employed under flexible work arrangements to support the intervention.

The team has been assembled to support your work in:

 Planning the intervention

 Implementing, coordinating and monitoring the intervention

Recognition of Sometimes people can find difficult to recognise their strengths

weakness they could find difficult to know what are their weaknesses.
Acknowledging Telling the truth to the team members sometimes could be
their team unacceptable. Sometimes they are not aware that they are
members about doing sometimes wrong and they don’t like to develop other
their weaknesses skills and learn more.

team members are highly proficient and experienced in at least
some areas, so it will require humility to acknowledge and
address the areas where they are weaker, and to learn from
team members who are stronger in those areas
Team cohesion Team member are supposed to collaborate more and bond
together to improve their skills and strengths. Team work
could be effectively for the results at the end and develop an
acknowledging skills.

Developing a positive environment for working and show gratitude to the employers, will
encourage them to think wisely and be more confident. Having conversation on professional
and if they need in personal situation and giving them support and help about that they could
be releaved. Random coaching sessions about emotional intelligence and having brunch
meetings to talk about their work problems, could reduce the tension between the colleagues
and the team members.

But in this case a bit of researching and sharing the knowledge could be important for the
team members.

Talking and sharing the examples and acknowledging the strengths and weaknesses of the
team members, than try find a solutions for the weaknesses and improve more of the
strengths could engage the relationship between the co- workers. The progress needs to be
awarded and the culture that values the emotional intelligence needs to be developed.
Developing a training and mentoring sessions could help the team members to focus more on
their skills and help them to know what they need to focus more to achieve their goals.
