    PART II. NARRATIVE REPORT


    1. Introduction /Rationale /Objectives
    In preparation for the upcoming opening of the class for the school year
    2020-2021, the Filipino Department has come up with a LAC SESSION with
    the following objectives;
    1. MELC brief walkthrough
    2. Accomplishing Weekly Home Learning Plan
    3. Review how to accomplish the Individual Learning Monitoring
    Plan

    2. Narration of Accomplishment
    The LAC Session began with a short prayer led by sir Mark
    Titus Gambol, followed immediately by signing of attendance.
    The gist of the meeting is all about the MELC,
    accomplishing Individual Learning Monitoring Plan as well as the
    Weekly Home Learning Plan.
    We agreed upon that teacher advisers will be the one to
    consolidate the data from respective subject teachers that will be
    needed in accomplishing the Weekly Home Learning Plan. Hence,
    the entry of learner’s name in the Individual Learning Monitoring
    Plan shall be completed.
    The LAC Session has been productive and ended smoothly.
