Who are we looking for and what qualifications do you need?

We need individuals for Digital Assessments. Opportunities are at NCR and Bangalore. The ideal person for this role
should possess high learning agility and technical orientation, with the ability to understand the as-is and to-be state of
solutions for clients and translating client’s business strategy into digital solutions applying digital technologies. This
person should be ready to travel from time to time. This person should be someone that the sales leaders want to take
to their clients.
What will you do in this Digital role at Genpact?

A whole lot! Our Digital team is transforming the way business is done for our customers in a big way - and that’s
where you come in. You will collaborate with the engineering team to design and execute large transformation
programs for clients. You will be responsible to synthesize various elements of the transformation to drive analysis,
planning, designing, structuring, governance, solution and stakeholder management for assigned customer
engagements.
How will you bring about change?

We want you to be the change! You will need to envisage the client’s business strategy into technology solutions. Be
their trusted advisor and support clients in the business transformation journey, in alignment with their digital strategy.
