 Nurse enters the patient’s room for asking his/her recent condition.
Nurse : Good morning Mrs. Hanna. My name is Michelle and I’ll be looking after you for this moring.
Patient : Good morning Mrs. Michelle.
Nurse : How are you today, Ms. Hanna?
Patient : I am fine. The pain in my chest is gone, but I’m a bit weak.
Nurse : Have you eaten yet?
Patient : Yes, Nurse.
Nurse : Have you taken the medicine?
Patient : Yes, After I finish eating.
Nurse : That’s great. Do you feel nausea?
Patient : Yes, I feel nausea when I’m eating but it’s get better after I take the medicine.
Nurse : Let’s wait for a day and you will get better. I’ll get you blood preasure first okay?
Patient : Yes, please and thanks.

 A nurse wants to make the bed.


Nurse : Good Afternoon, Mrs. Linda. I’m a resident nurse today, Nama saya Michelle. Now I’ll change
your Bed Cover.
Patient : Yes. But Why change it?
Nurse : For Your comfort and cleanliness.
Patient : Oh, Yes, Please.
Nurse : Excuse me, Ma’am. Pleasem tilt slightly to the left.
Patient : Yes.
Nurse : Now, titl body a little to the Right.
Patient : Yes
Nurse : Now I’m gonna put up a new cover. Please follow my instructions like that.
Patient ; Yes, Please.
Nurse : New Bed Cover have been changed. Thank you for your coomperation, Mrs. Linda. How are
feeling now?
Patient : Yes, I’m much more comfortable now. Thankyou Ms. Michelle.
Nurse : That’s Great. Now that I’m leaving, I’ll be back at 3:00 to check on your situation. See you
again Mrs. Linda.
Patient : Good Bye Ms. Michelle.

order.

 This review will look into the different literature studying the different therapies to try to
come to a conclusion on whether these therapies are to be used in practice or to be left to
the human side of medicine.

1. Mention the correct stages of washing hands!

1. First, Wet your hands with water, using both warm and cold water.

practice and midwife practice.

A set infusion device isa health tool that helps administer intravenous or medicinal

7. Urinal Bags
Urine bag is a health tool used to collect urine (patients' urine linked to Foley catheter.
Are bags made of plastic PVC material and disposable usage.
8. Patient Monitor
The patient monitor is a health tool that works to monitor patients' health realtime, thus
revealing their physiological condition and immediate vital signs.
9. Oxygen Masks
Oxygen masks are the health tools used to deliver oxygen to respiratory patients who are
equipped with oxygen lines so that the administering of oxygen can function Like
clockwork.
10. Tourniquet
A tourniquet is a tapelike health instrument, which ACTS as a contraction of the arm or
leg by puffing and contracting.
