WEEK 9 PREVIEW:
Beginning of the End

Fans from all across the world, welcome back to the E.F.F.L. and welcome to week nine. First

off, on behalf of the E.F.F.L. I apologize. It's been real hard these last two weeks for teams to

find production as we start to hit the home stretch of the season. Last week featured a total of

eight teams scoring less than 140 points, which is outright embarrassing for a three flex league. I

would say better things were ahead of us, however, week nine features the worst matchup of the

year between the leagues two bottom teams. Boy, I can't wait. Not everything is bad this week

though as 4 matchups feature winning teams or teams sitting at 500. I can guarantee this week

will be pivotal in deciding who makes the playoffs so let's shake off those cobwebs, put the past

behind us, and get excited for week nine. By this time you guys should already know the deal,

with that being said before we get into week nine let's look back at that cracked asshole ™ week

number eight. We start in the MasterChef kitchen with our game of the week where Dalvin and

MR. Unlimiteddddddd couldn't seem to stop cooking for team Tune Squad as they dropped a

combined 82 points yelling “YES CHEF” out scoring the entire Mully Killas team. Luckily,

Mully Killas wasn't involved in this matchup as Papa Mully was on the opposite side of this
beating, despite putting up the second most points scored in week eight losing to Tune Squad

219-161. This win marks a third straight for Tune Squad as he now sits in first place of the entire

league at (6-2) with the most points as Papa Mully falls to (4-4). Our second matchup of last

week takes us to the past, present, or future. To be honest, it doesn't even matter because no time

machine could save Meet The Robinsons from avoiding this L as The Untouchables released

Patrick Mahomes’ 45 points across the space time continuum ultimately resulting in a 157-131

victory. The Untouchables bounce back to winning form as they hold first place in the NFC at

(6-2) while Meet The Robinsons drop two straight bringing them to (4-4). Match three was just

out right sad as we saw Mully Killas “take on” Dream Killers. ***Breaking News**** This

game now officially takes the cake for the Cracked Asshole ™ Game of the millennium

surpassing the performance For Younghoe and Meet The Robinsons put out two weeks ago.

Look, this one was ugly, but there had to be a winner. Despite only 103 points, Dream Killers

still found a way to win defeating Mully Killas 103-79.5 completing the first Mullinax

GangBang of the year. This win for Dream Killers now puts him at (5-3) while Mully killas goes

now (0-3) against Mullys this year and (4-4) on the season. Our next matchup features another

stinker as Legends Are Adversity took on No Ships. L.O.A. had everything go right for him but

still couldn't find a way to win as No Ships somehow walked away with another win, winning

115-135.5. No ships, even with half of the NFL’s worst offense in his lineup, goes to (5-3) with

this win as L.O.A. takes his third straight loss falling to (2-6). With that loss L.O.A. is now

virtually out of playoff contention causing team owner Brian Mullinax to sell his team. This team

has now been picked up by a mysterious proproteiry owner with an unknown name with the

initials rumoured to be A.S.S. This change has caused the team name to go from Legends Are

Adversity to team name “The Cheeks”. Our second to last matchup featured the hottest team in
the league, while simintousily hosting the coldest team in the league as The Kekeambas took on

Hold my Digggg. Guess what? Hold my diggg lost again. Literally nothing else needs to be said.

The final 118-106. This win has the Kekambas feeling some type of way as he now crawls his

way back into contention at (4-4) while Hold my Diggg officially eliminated himself from the

playoffs at (1-7). Our last matchup from last week had everyone on the edge of their seats as we

watched down till the wire in a matchup between Dirty Birds II and Primetime. Dirty Birds II

was making a push for Gm of the year as newly acquired Cooper Kupp saw 22 targets in which

seemed like a win before Ryan Succops 15 points ended those hopes leading primetime to

victory 146-132. This win brings primetime to (4-4) on the year while Dirty Birds II drops four

straight bringing him to (3-5) on the year. We saw another even week for cross divisional play as

the NFC and AFC both took three wins and three losses keeping the Divisional totals at 9-9

against each other. Any superior divisional talk should be shut down for now as the race is set at

dead even. I had a bounce back week with my picks as I went (4-2) last week bringing my

season total, also to even, at (24-24) on the year. With week 8 almost wrapped up, let's get into

the awards. Player of the week goes out to Dalvin Cook as he dropped 48 points leading Tune

Squad to a huge victory as well as looking better than ever coming off an injury. Team owner of

the week goes out to Primetime as he chose to start kicker Ryan Succop over Mason Crosby

which was the key factor to victory over Dirty Birds II. Finally, the Cracked Asshole ™ award

goes out to Hold my Diggg back to back weeks with his decision to start Joshua Kelly over

Philip Lindsey ultimately eliminating himself from the playoffs. That just goes to show everyone

why you never trust someone with two first names. With week eight now officially in the books,

let's get into week nine.

MATCH #1

No Ships (5-3) vs Mully Killas (4-4)

Match one features a first, as im dubbing it “The two teams in the league that I personally have

no fucking idea how the fuck they are not below 500. game of the year” between No ships and

Mully Killas. Mully Killas enters week 9 sitting even just dodging a bullet by trading away

Geroge Kittle just before a season ending injury. To be honest, that's the only positive of late for

this team as they have failed to reach full potential all year. One pivotal factor to that is Micheal

Thomas who has been questionable since week 2, but has not played since week 1. No ships on

the other hand enters this game off a win with Chris Godwin and half the waiver wire once again

in his lineup. No ships must find a way to win for a second week without star Arron Jones while

Mully Killas looks to finally use newly acquired stars Antonio Gibson and D.j. Chark. Look, if it

was possible, I would pick both teams to win seeing how this seasons going for them but
unfortunately I can't. Coin flip game type of game has me and the experts picking Mully killas in

this one causing both squads to go to (5-4) on the year.

MATCH #2

Meet The Robinsons (4-4) vs Papa Mully (4-4)

Our second matchup of week 9 brings us to the battle of average teams as Papa Mully takes on

Meet The Robinsons. Both these teams enter week nine coming off a devastating loss looking to

get back on the right track. A win for either team here would bring either team above 500. once

again. Meet The Robinsons hasn't been seen on his high horse in quite a while as his team’s
recent struggles have fallen over into his real life as his favorite real team, the Michigan

Wolverines, lost in just absolute pathetic fashion a day before he did last weekend. Papa Mully

on the other hand took a tough loss but has seen huge production out of his team lately. Both

these teams are currently trending opposite ways which makes me want to ride the hot hand.

Meet The Robinsons needs to have Josh Allen go back to that early season form if he wants to

pull this one off while Papa Mully looks to the combo of Devante Adams and A.J. Brown to

remain dominant. I actually think this matchup has potential to be the best of the week and with

that being said I have to pick the favorite Papa Mully to win outright bringing him to (5-4) on the

year while Meet The Robinsons goes to (4-5)

MATCH #3

Hold My Diggg (1-7) vs The Cheeks (2-6)

Ahhh yes, you see that right. Match three features the cream of the crop of the E.F.F.L. as last

place Hold My Diggg takes on second to last place team The Cheeks. What a wild year it has

been for both these teams as they just can't find any luck anywhere. Its honestly sad and I hate to

see it but The Cheeks fucking suck. I have believed in The Cheeks multiple times this year but

the injury to Christan Mccaffery was just too detrimental. On the other hand, Hold my Diggg

also fucking sucks, buttttttt, he at least has scored a lot of points this year. It's hard to say who

has had the worst year seeing as Hold My Diggg has the worst record, battled little to no injury,

but have scored a lot of points compared to a team that has lost its best player while also

simuntasley losing other players every week. I'll let you guys decide, but, you don't have to

seeing as that's all what's at stake in this one. Plain and simple if Cmac is back The cheeks win. I

think he will be so im picking the favorite The cheeks to win bringing his season total to (3-6) on

the year while hold my Diggg goes to (1-8)

MARQUEE MATCHUP

Dirty Birds II (3-5) vs The Kekambas (4-4)

Our first marquee matchup highlights a 100 bet as the Dirty Birds II look to take on The

Kekambas. Absolute tale of two cities here as both these teams are headed down completely

different roads as of late. Dirty Birds II has now dropped four in a row with an unfavorable BYE

heavy week nine matchup while The Kekambas look to win their fourth straight. Nobody

expected The Kekambas to be where they are at this point, but against all odds they stand as

favorites this week. Kenny Golladay being out for the Kekambas will most likely tighten up this

matchup as I think we're headed for a good one. I don't know what it will take for the Dirty Birds

to walk away with a dub seeing as nothing can go right as of late. With the season and the line

and his back against the wall I will be taking the Dirty Birds II to upset in this one bringing both

teams to (4-5) on the year.

MARQUEE MATCHUP

Tune Squad (6-2) vs PrimeTime (4-4)

Marquee match two highlights two hot teams as Tune Squad takes on PrimeTime. First, Tune

Squad deserves some props for where he's at in the current state of the E.F.F.L. After losing

Austin Eckler and Dalvin Cook, Tune squad finds themselves in first place with good chances

he'll stay there till the end. Primetime has been the sleeper team of the year so far as he quietly

has turned around a losing team with a chance to go above 500. for the first time this year. I see

newly acquired Kenan Allen to rename efficient this week with a likey regression from the rest

of the Tune Squad following a 219 performance. I think the fantasy MVP Mr.Unlimitedddd must

stay at the top of his game order for Tune Squad to edge this thing out. For Primetime, I expect a

nice bounce back week from WR Justin Jefferson along with more production from the rising

Lenoard Fournette. All in all, I believe Dalvin Cook will be too much for PrimeTime to handle
as I have Tune Squad to win while being the favorite bringing him to (7-2) on the year while

PrimeTime keeps scratching his way to a winning record at (4-5).

***Game of The Week***

Dream Killers (5-3) vs The Untouchables (6-2)

Our Game Of The Week takes us to the trophy room in a matchup between Dream Killers and

The Untouchables. This matchup ought to be a good one as we have two good teams with a little

history taking on each other in week nine. Dream killers is coming off the most upsetting win

this season for his locker room as we saw him lose last week George Kittle and maybe star

Calvin Ridley in a 103 point outing. The Untouchables showed their consistency last week

coming off a good win and still challenged for first place in the NFC since week one. Dream

Killers finally faces adversity this game hoping to answer the question as if he has enough depth
to make it his 6th title run. The Untouchables look to use this game as a statement sending a

message to the rest of the league that he is the team to beat. I think Derrick Henry shows up big

while zeek remains hungry without Dak Prescott as I have the Untouchables winning in a close

one bringing him to (7-2) on the year while the dream killers move to (5-4)
