According to Menes, Haguisan and Castellano (2015) research study entitled “Customer
Satisfaction on Products and Services of Fine Dining Restaurants in Bacolod City, Philippines”,
they came to a conclusion that the customers' level of satisfaction with the products and
services of fine dining restaurants in Bacolod City, Philippines were very high. This implies that
the quality of the food and beverage offered by the fine dining restaurants meets or even
exceeds the expectations of the customers and may signal their intention to revisit or
repurchase. Moreover, the behavior and service of food attendants have highly satisfied the
customers. This denotes efficient service, prompt and courteous food and beverage attendants.
Lastly, an attractive environment and ambiance is a proof of the commitment of the restaurants
to provide the best for their customers. Among the four aspects, attention may be given by the
restaurant to raise the bar of their employees' efficiency to be at par with their behavior and the
quality of food and beverage that their establishment offers.

On a study conducted by Salaveria, Fernando, Pagdanganan et al, (2017), they concluded that
with regards of choosing the best restaurant affordable and reasonable price is the top reason.
Services, prices, tastes, food values, and atmospheric qualities affect the customers’
satisfaction. In terms of food quality, customers are satisfied when the food is served hot, the
quality of food is excellent, the food is tasty and flavorful, the menu has a good variety of items,
and the food is fresh. In terms of food prices, customers are satisfied when courteous and serve
promptly have an equivalent satisfaction to customers. Since the service is excellent, customers
are surely satisfied. In terms of the ambiance/atmospheric quality of the fast food chain,
customers are satisfied if the area is spacious, the tables and chairs are complementary, the
color scheme, lighting, decorative walls are good to the eyes, air conditioners/electric fans and
