 Completed a 50-week supervised practice program, with a concentration in Nutrition Therapy, at a top New York
City academic medical center.
 Under supervision, utilizing the nutrition care process, developed and implemented nutrition care plans for a
variety of age and disease specific populations. Populations included: Diabetes, Nephrology, Behavioral Health,
Eating Disorders, Geriatrics, Medicine, Surgery, Cardiology, Oncology, Critical Care, Nutrition Therapy for
Patients with COVID-19, Pediatrics, Pediatric Critical Care, Obstetrics, Digestive Diseases and Burn Injury.
 Conducted nutrition focused physical exams and assisted in the identification and treatment of malnutrition in a
variety of age and disease specific populations.
 Developed educational handouts and recipes with considerations for cultural background, socio-economic
status, and literacy levels of the intended audience.
 Organized and arranged the weekend and holiday schedule for 32 dietetic interns.
 Assisted with outpatient nutrition counseling across hospital clinics during a 3-week Ambulatory Care Rotation.
 Completed a 3-week Food Service Systems Management rotation with projects including recipe development
and production, quality assurance and sustainability studies.
