 Philisophical Foundations

Allan Ornstein is a Professor of Education and Social Policy at St. John's University. He
is a former Fulbright-Hayes Scholar and consultant for more than 60 government and
education agencies, including Educational Testing Service, American Federation of
Teachers, and the New York City and Chicago Board of Education. Dr. Ornstein is the
author of some 400 articles and 60 books.

In the last 10 years, he has published 19 books. They are:
