    1.Install Secugen Drivers as per Operating System.

    e.g If Operating System is 32 bit then use 32 bit driver of Secugen. IF Operating
    System is 64 bit use 64 bit driver of secugen.

    2. Plug in Secugen Device (Biometric or thumb scanner) and check if Thumb is


    Captured.

    3. Perform following settings. The setting are required for the usage of biometric
    device thru application.

    Step1: Check Internet explorer version

    Open your Internet Explorer go to setting and click on About Internet Explorer
    which is shown on below screenshot. (See Red Round). It should be IE9
    Step2:

    Open your Internet Explorer go to option ‘setting’ and click on Internet Option
    which is shown on screenshot below.(See Red Round)
    Step3:

    In ‘Internet Options’ window Click Security option and choose Trusted Sites.
    ‘Trusted site’ window will be displayed. Enter IP address or URL of the site and click
    on Add button . Click on Close button. Open the site in browser and click on Add
    button then click on Close button. Follow the below screen shot and select option as
    per shown in the screen shot.
    Step4:

    Click Custom Level from Trusted Sites option Enable all .NET Framework
    Component. Follow the below screen shot and select option as shown in the screen
    shot .
    Step5:

    Further drag the scroll bar until .Net Framework-reliant Component option will
    come Follow the below screen shot and select option as per shown in the screen
    shot.

    Step6:
    Further drag the scroll bar until ActiveX controls and plug-ins option will come
    Follow the below screen shot and select option as per shown in the screen shot.
    Step7:
    Further drag the scroll bar until Binary and script behaviors option will come
    Follow the below screen shot and select option as per shown in the screen shot.

    Step8:
    Further drag the scroll bar until Initialize and script Activex controls not marked
    as safe for scripting option will come. Follow the below screen shot and select
    option as per shown in the screen shot.
    Step9:
    Further drag the scroll bar until Use Pop-up Blocker option will come. Follow the
    below screen shot and select option as per shown in the screen shot and click OK.

    Step10:
    Finally click on OK Button which is shown on below screen shot.
