INTRODUCTION
Based on the order confirmation on February 12th, 2020 by email and Purchase No. PO-BNM/000103-20
date March 8th, 2020 from PT Batulicin Nusantara Maritim Tbk the implementation of Underwater Inspection In
Lieu Of Dry Docking (UWILD) of TB Farel 05 using CCTV camera and photography was located on Bunati,
Tanah Bumbu, South Kalimantan, Indonesia.
UWILD of TB Farel 05 was commenced on March 11th, 2020 and had completed on March 11th, 2020. It
had been observed underwater visually by underwater CCTV camera in selected Port and Starboard areas,
which are shell plate, bottom plate, round bar, bilge keel, welding lines, anode, sea chest, skeg, propeller and
rudder.
UWILD of TB Farel 05 in Bunati was attended by Mr. Herdiman Mustari as BKI Surveyor, Capt. M. Zairin
Zain as Master of TB Farel 05, Mr. Hasan Basri as Chief Engineer of TB Farel 05, Mr. Yessy as Owner
Representative from PT Batulicin Nusantara Maritim, Mr. Rudin S.Si.T as Marine Inspector from Ditkapel Dirjen
Hubla and PT Aquamarine Divindo Inspection’s Diving Crews.
This final report is made on basis of as is condition during the UWILD of TB Farel 05 was taken.
This report is divided into two parts which are UWILD’s Report complete with photograph and video files (DVD)
which provided separately of this final report.
