    Sub: REQUEST FOR GRANT OF COMPUTER ALLOWANCE.

    Respected Sir,

    With utmost reverence, I beg an opportunity to submit following few lines


    for your kind perusal and favourable consideration.

    1. I was appointed as Computer Operator (B-12) in the year 2015 in the


    Anti-Terrorism Court No.2, Karachi by order of Home Department
    Govt. of Sindh and since then I am working there with zeal, zest,
    honesty and to the entire satisfaction of my superiors without any
    blemish record.

    2. It is submitted that Computer Operators of Provincial Government and


    Federal Government are taking and enjoying the benefits of Computer
    Allowances from their respective departments as per Office
    Memorandum No. F 5(1)R-5/2011, Islamabad dated 7th May, 2013
    issued by Government of Pakistan Finance Division Regulation Wing.
    However, the undersigned is depriving from such benefits since 2016
    and also other staff members of ATCs Sindh.

    Copy of Office Memorandum No. F 5(1)R-5/2011, Islamabad dated 7th


    May, 2013 is enclosed herewith and marked as Annexure A/1 for kind
    perusal.

    3. That the Government of Sindh, Finance Department issued an Office


    Memorandum No.FD/(SR-I)1-(51)/2001 Dated: 6th November 2001 for
    Revision of Basic Pay Scales of all Civil Employees including subject
    allowance.

    Copy of such Office Memorandum is enclosed herewith and marked as


    Annexure A/2.

    4. However, it is also submitted that a letter No.


    SO(VI)/CMS/CMD/59/2019 dated 10th February, 2019 written by
    Deputy Secretary (III) of Honourable Chief Minister Secretariat, Sindh
    to the Secretary Finance Department, for recommendation of revision of
    rates of Computer Allowance Last Revised in 2001 and in compliance of
    such directives, the Section Officer (SR-III), Finance Department issued
    letter No. FD (SR-III)5-198/2017(977) to the Senior Joint Secretary
    (Regulation) Finance Division, Government of Pakistan and other
    concerned quarters of respective Provinces with regard to
    revision/enhancement in the rates of Computer Allowance in your
    Government/Province.

    Copies of letter No. SO(VI)/CMS/CMD/59/2019 dated 10th February,


    2019 written by Deputy Secretary (III) of Honourable Chief Minister
    Secretariat, Sindh to the Secretary Finance Department and the letter
    No. FD (SR-III)5-198/2017(977) written by Section Officer (SR-III),
    Finance Department, Government of Sindh to the Federal Government
    and other Provincial Government regarding advise are enclosed
    herewith and marked as Annexures A/3 and A/4 respectively.

    5. It is also to bring to your honour’s kind notice that all staff members of
    Secretariat and non Secretariat including Home Department are enjoying
    from these benefits as per above letters and Office Memorandum but only
    the Computer Operators of ATCs Sindh are deprive from such benefits.

    In view of above circumstances, it is most humbly submitted that your


    honour may be kind enough to allow my application and grant me Computer
    Allowance as well as other staff members of Anti Terrorism Courts Sindh in
    pursuance of above cited Office Memorandum and supra letters.
