2017 as well as ownership /other parameters are complied with/again ensured,
beforeissuing approvel to the owner/applicant and ensure that
approvel letter and approved building planand cd are submittedby you in this
officeas well as O/o DTP(Enforcement), Sirsa & Regional officerof Haryana
state pollution control board,sirsa. With in 15 days from this
technicalapprovel.failingwhich strict disciplinary action shell be intiated for
withdrawl of technical approval. A copy of approval letter may also be
submitted to concerned coloniner,
In case of your withdrawal of professional service in respect of subject cited,
the intimation regarding the same must be conveyed immediately along
With form ,thereof, to this office under intimation to District Town Planner
(ENF.) Sirsa .This shell be liable to follow the measure prescribed in the self
certification policy ,of which action as per Act/Rules/policy shell be initiated
.That you will abide by the Haryana Building Code -2017and accordingly,
approve the building plan with the section of 3 units only by providing the
condition in form BR-III.

1.The building plans shell be treated as cancelled if plots falls in unlicensed


area .
2. The subject cited approval is valid for two years .
3.This plan is being approved without prejudice to the validity of the license
of the colony.
4. Owner will get the setbacks of building(s) checked vat plinth level and
obtain a certificate.
From this office before proceeding with the super structure.
5.That you will get occupation certificate from the competent authority before
occupying the above

6. That will get the necessary approval / noc from the competent authority
regarding
Operating of lift as per law

That you will provide rain water harvesting system as proposed in the building
plan .
8. the responsibility of the structure design &structural arability against the
earthquake of the building block.
Shall be solely of the architect /owner.
9.The responsibility of the material used in the building as per form BRII shall
be solely of the owner /architect /consultant.
10.That the basement setback shall be minimum 2.4 m from common wall in
the event the adjoining plot is build up without basement.
11. This building will not be used for anyother purpose incept as approval and
shall not raise any further construction without getting the approval of the
competent authority otherwise this approval shall be automatically cancelled
and appropriate action as per rule will be initiated.
12.That you will not apply for the occupation certificate till all the
development works in the licensed colony are completed and functional.
13.Solar assisted water heating system shall have to be provide as per
prevailing government polices and norms.
14. Solar photovoltaic power generation plants shall have to be provided as
per prevailing government /polices/Norms/notification dated 21-03-2016.
15.That you shall by the conditions as declared in the affidavit .if you breach
any of the following condition laid down in the said affidavit the approval of
the building plan deemed to be failed.
16.That you shall also comply with the condition as approved/conveyed from
time to time by the govt.
17. This sanction will be void ambition if any of the condition mentioned
above are not complied with .
18.Owner will not construct the ramp to the building with in the road portion.
19.The internal services shall be arranged by the (arty itself.
20.That communication tower shall not be constructed on any part of the
building.
21.In compliance of the order of Hon’ble high court in the CWP NO-17296
of 2011.Vishan lal gera vs. state of HARYANA &other .you have to ensure
that proper parking arrangements of the vehicle will be made by you within
the premises and no vehicle will be allowed to park outside the premises.
22.That you shall adhere to the guidelines issued by the director general ,town
&country planning on 14.05.2015 in reference to orders dated 10.04.2015 of
Hon’ble national green tribunal in O.A. no 21 of 2014 i.c. Vardhman kaushik
vs. Union of India &ors, which are ass below:-
A . The owner of site would strictly comply with the directions contained in
this order as well as the MOEF guidelines ,2010 while raising construction.
B. that will raising construction builder or owner of the site should strictly
adhere to and comply with the directions contained in this order of tribunal as
well as MOED guidelines,2010 in relation to the precautions required to be
taken while carrying on construction.
C. The builder or owner shall put tarpaulin on scaffolding around the area of
the store any construction material particularly sand on any part of the street
.roads in the colony.
D. The construction material of any kind that is stored in the site will be fully
covered in all respect, so that it does not dispense in their air in any form.
E. All the construction material and debris shall be carried in the trucks or
their vehicles which are fully covered and protected so as to ensure that the
construction derisory the construction material des not get dispersed into air
or atmosphere ,in any form whatsoever.
F. The dust emission from the construction site shall be completely controlled
and precautions taken in that behalf.
G. The vehicle carrying constructions material and construction debris of any
kind shall be cleaned before it is permitted to ply on the road after unloading,
of such material.
H. Every worker working on the construction site and involved in loading
,unloading and carriage of construction debris shall be provided with mask to
prevent inhalation of dust particles.
I. Every owner or builder shall be under obligation to provide all medical help
,investigation and treatment to the worker ,involved in the construction of
building and carry of construction material and debris relatable to dust
emission.
J. It shall be the responsibility of every building to transport construction
material and debris waste to construction site during site or any other place in
accordance with rules and in terms of this order.
K. Take appropriate measures and to ensure that the terms and conditions of
the earlier order and these order shall strictly comply with by fixing sprinkles,
creations of green air barriers.
L. Compulsory use of wet jet in grinding and stone cutting.
M. Wind breaking walls around construction site.
N. All the builders who are building commercial ,residential, complexes
which are covered under EIA notification of 2006 shall provide green belt
around the building that they construction ,that authority shall ensure that such
green belt existence prior to issuance of occupancy certificate.
In addition to above if any person, owner is found to be violating any of the
conditions stated in this order and or for their non –compliance such person
,owner, builder shall be liable to pay compensation of Rs.50000/-per default
in relation to construction activity at its site and RS .5000 each violation
during carriage and transportation of construction material ,debris through
trucks or their vehicles.
1. Permission is here by granted for the aforesaid construction subject to the
provision of the Punjab scheduled roads and controlled areas restrictions of
unregulated development act,1963 and rules farmed there under
2. This building plan is valid for two years.
3. You can occupy the house only after getting occupation certificate from the
office district town planner sirsa.
