Troubleshooting Mortar has become popular In India and other countries as it
caters the need of today’s construction Industry. Proper

keeps the building safe from various factors like water seepage

adhesive application in case of rain and provides advantage of thermal insulation.
Ascolite mortar is a semi premix high quality mortar for jointing
and bonding of all types of substrate like AAC Blocks, CLC
Blocks, Concrete Blocks, Hollow Blocks, Clay Bricks and Fly-
Ash Bricks. Ascolite semi premix mortar consists of cement,
hydrated lime, fly-ash, graded sand and specialized polymers
which combine to give superior strength, water retention and
stability. It replaces the conventional method and material of
jointing mortar which requires a 12-18 mm thickness with a
revolutionary 2-3 mm joint thickness. Ascolite mortar only
requires addition of water before application to prepare the
product for use, reducing the hassle of measuring and
maintaining various individual elements to create a
conventional mortar standard specification code followed by
ASTM C 1660-09. Ascolite thin bed joint mortar is
manufactured in automatic PLC plant using dry graded sand
with strict quality control..
