    New Initiatives Team Trip

    Trip Dates: Thursday, 31/01/2019 - Sunday, 03/02/2019

    Pre-Trip Information
    1 Carry Sufficient Cash with you as ATMs are scarce in Gokarna and most
    shops doesn't accept cards / online payments.

    2 Please try to follow timings as per this itinerary regarding different


    activities and for lunch / dinner.

    3 Take a printout of this Itinerary or keep it in your phones so that you


    can use it for reference during trip

    4 Please carry whiskey or other hard drinks from bangalore as you will
    hardly get anything at beach apart from beer.

    The bus will depart from Office, so please come prepared and try to travel light.

    Notes/Details: Breakfast will be available at the hotel where we will
    be staying.

    Free time - freshen up & rest

    1:00 PM Restaurant (Lunch)


    Notes/Details: The restraunt will be decided once we reach there.
    It will be communicated before time.

    Free time - Look around or go for a swim

    4:00 PM Team Building Activities


    Notes/Details:
    There are two team building activities that we will
    do preferably on the beach. It should be finished in
    1 or 2 hours.

    7:00 PM Presentation from Managers


    Notes/Details:
    Managers from different streams inside New
    Initiatives will give a small presentation. This will be
    done back at Hotel and not on beach.

    8:00 PM Restaurant (Dinner)


    Notes/Details: The restraunt will be decided once we reach there.
    It will be communicated before time.

    Enjoy Evening festivities at Kudle Beach


    Day 2 2/2/2019

    6:30 AM Beach Trekking ( Kudle -> Om -> half moon)


    Notes/Details:
    We will do a beach group trekking early morning.
    We would start from Kudle and go to Om beach and
    then to Half moon. We would return by boat or
    ferry back to Kudle.

    9:30 AM Breakfast @ Hotel


    Notes/Details: Breakfast will be available at the hotel where we will
    be staying.

    Deadline - CheckOut from Hotel before 11AM

    10:30 AM Travel to a Mystery location


    Notes/Details:
    We will travel to a secret location. It’s a beautiful place in vicinity which is rather
    hidden and not very famous. We should be back by 2PM. We have to check-out the
    hotel before 11AM, please pack and keep your belongings into the bus before then.

    2:30 PM Restaurant (Lunch)


    Notes/Details: The restraunt will be decided once we reach there.
    It will be communicated before time.

    Free time
    You can Indulge yourself in following things during this time :
    Water Sports drinking Beer Laying on the beach
    Shopping relaxation photography
