    GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITION:


    The Terms and Conditi0ns below govern the relationship between you, the client, and us,
    Riley-Based Trvel Ink/Travel&Tours. By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these
    Terms and Conditions. All details contained herein are, to the best of our knowledge,
    correct and it is in good faith that we have published them.

    1. Upon receiving your booking request, Riley-Based Trvel Ink consultants will start
    to assist you in building a pleasant tour plan according to your special preferences
    and interests.
    2. It is highly recommended that your tour reservation be made at least 30-45 days
    prior to the actual travelling date.
    3. Only 30% to 50% or full paid tours, will be considered confirmed. Posted rates
    are subject to change without prior notice.
    a. Child rate policy
    ➢ 0-2 years of age Free of charge
    ➢ 3-5 years of age 50% from the published rates & non-commissionable
    ➢ 6 years of age and UP Adult Rate
    4. For our guests who purchase their ticket from us, full payment of the ticket must
    be deposited to our account to secure their airline ticket plus the 50% non-
    refundable deposit of the hotel + eco-tour package.
    5. Inability to pay on or before the stated option date shall mean auto cancellation
    of the said booking. Please note that RBTI/TT shall not be responsible for
    bookings that are automatically cancelled due to the lapse or inability to pay on
    or before the option date.
    6. Cancellation, postponements, revisions and amendments must be made 1 month
    before actual travelling date.
    7. We shall not be liable for any commitment not made by RBTI/TT in writing.
    Cancellation and Refund Policy

    1. No refund for unutilized nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in
    or early check-out.
    2. In the case of airline cancellation, only re-booking can be made with respective
    charges within 3 months. This package is transferable to another person.
    3. No refund for all confirmed booking. No refund for no show or on the spot
    cancellation.
    4. No refunds can be made in case any of the services included in our tour packages
    cannot be provided at the time of the tour for reasons beyond our control of such
    as caused by forces of nature, like typhoon, earthquakes or any other natural
    calamity that may occur.
    5. All Deposit Payment is Non-Refundable
