    A GLIMPSE OF NORTH VIETNAM – 04 DAYS

    Duration: 04 Days/ 03 Nights

    13th July: Bye Bye India

    Meet and greet at Kolkata airport at 06:00PM. Enjoy dinner at airport and
    proceed to check-in and boarding counter. Board the flight comfortably and
    departure is at 21:50(Indian Time) and reach Hanoi at 02:10 (Vietnamese
    Time). {Vietnam is 1.5 hours ahead of India}

    14th July: Good morning, Hanoi – City Tour (B/L/D)


    You will be warmly welcomed by our English
    Speaking Guide at Noi Bai International
    Airport in Hanoi and transfer to hotel for
    check in.

    Depart from your hotel at 8:30AM, we begin


    our day by visiting Uncle Ho at the Ho Chi
    Minh Mausoleum and residential grounds
    learning about his great life (from outside).
    Next stop is the nearby Temple of Literature, the site of Vietnam´s first University.

    In the afternoon, visit Dong Xuan Market, walking in old quarter. We then take a cyclo trip
    around Hoan Kiem Lake and Hanoi´s fascinating Old Quarter. This is your chance to be
    in the midst of typical Hanoian life and Vietnamese culture. Dinner on your own. Overnight
    in Ha Noi.

    15th July: Hanoi to Ha Long, welcome on board (B/L/D)


    Departure for Ha Long Bay is around 8:00 AM
    in a van. Arrive at the port around 12:30 PM.
    Welcomed on board, you are taken to your
    cabin before the trip briefing while you cruise
    to the bay and admire the fascinating
    formations. Visit caves. Then relax at our
    secluded island-beach or explore by kay.

    Later you return back to the boat just in time to watch the beautiful sunset from the top
    deck before enjoying the bay’s freshest seafood dinner.

    In the evening, celebrate Changeover Ceremony on SunDeck and have gala dinner.
    Overnight on Cruise

    Inclusion: Transfer, guide on boat, entrance fees, kayak, boat/junk, all meals.

    16th July: Explore the tranquil scenery in Ha Long – Transfer to Ha Long


    Bay (B/L/D)
    Early risers can enjoy the sunrise and the
    quiet breath-taking beauty of Bay’s
    landscape with towering limestone. You
    have breakfast at around 8:00 AM before
    our short rowboat by the locals of the bay.
    Brunch on the boat as we slowly cruise
    back to boat pier.
    Meet our driver and transfer to Ha Long
    Bay Hotel.

    In the evening, transfer to the beach and enjoy the live show and free dance
    Overnight in Halong
    NOTE: According to the hotel policy, activities on the beach cannot held after
    10PM.
    Inclusion: Transfer, guide on boat, entrance fees, boat / junk, row boat, breakfast,
    brunch, hotel.

    17th July: Ha Long – Transfer to Ha Noi – Departure (B/L/D)

    Breakfast at hotel. Free time on the beach on your own. Depending on your flight you may
    have some more time for shopping. Then we transfer you without guide to the airport for
    your flight home. Goodbye and hope to see you again soon!

    Flight arrives at 04:25 (Indian Time) at Kolkata on 18th July and proceed to Home
    sweet Home.

    TOUR TIME & ACTIVITIES

    Daily tour times: Please note that we will stick to the agreed time written above, any
    changes to the departure times or finishing times must be informed to us the day before
    departure and we will confirm if these changes are possible.

    Your late departure: We suggest you to leave on time everyday so that it won't affect
    to the sites to see and other activitites afterward, if you leave later than the written time;
    (1) you will certainly have a shorter visiting time.
    (2) you will have to cut some of the sightseeing places.
    (3) you may have to pay extra.

    Your change of activities: If you wish to change the site to visit or other acivities,
    please inform us the day before departure and we will confirm if these changes are
    possible.
    Extra charges can be applied to changes (time and activities) such as tour guide and
    driver are working more than the confirmed details.

    ACCOMMODATION
    Check-in time of hotel is after 14:00 and check out time before 12:00 pm
    Notes: Hotel/Cruise can be changed into similar standard, depending on the availability.
    FOOD
    If you have any allergies, special requests or if you are on a special diet please let us
    know well before hand, we can not cancel / amend the booking within a day.

    AIRPORT TRANSFERS
    Due to the traffic situation, we will need 2.5 hours for domestic flight and 3.5 hours for
    the international one.

    Passport, sun block, sunglasses & hat, insect repellent, small VND notes for buying
    drinks.
