    Week six – Planning/filming

    PLANNING

    What did you learn from your planning I did a lot this planning week. I managed to get some
    this week? interviews sorted and I have started filming the intro part to my
    documentary which completely of b roll footage of instruments
    being played. I have also started planning for my music which I
    will be producing.

    What issues did you encounter and One person who I planned to interview has been unresponsive
    how did you overcome them? to my emails so it seems unlikely I will be able to interview them.
    Due to this, I have asked somebody else to be interviewed and
    they are happy to be.

    How did you ensure that you are I made sure that I have done all of my planning especially my
    prepared for filming? production schedule and scripts so that I am ready to film. I
    have also made sure that I have some interviews and set dates
    ready for them to be interviewed.

    How did you ensure that your By including every piece of equipment I intend to use along
    equipment lists were completed to a with what I plan to use them for and when.

    How have you ensured your actors By asking them in advance when they will be available and
    and crew will be available? making sure that I can also film that day.

    How well have you been able to I have organised locations well enough so that the people I am
    organise locations and transport? interviewing can make it to that location on the arranged
    date, and I can walk to all of the locations I am filming at so
    far. One of them is in Marlow, the other is at the Henley college,
    where I will be getting the bus to and then walking to a
    classroom.
    Are you on track for the week? If not, I am on track for the week but I am going to find at least one
