    Receptionist: Good morning. Welcome to Osland Hotel.

    Client: Good morning. I would like to make a reservation for next weekend. Do
    you have any vacancies?

    Receptionist: Yes, we still have several rooms available for that. Let me know, is it
    the 15th?

    (Client: Correct

    Receptionist: How long will you be staying?

    Clients: Two days.

    Receptionist: How many people is the reservation for?

    Client: Just one person.

    Receptionist: The room is three hundred and fifty dollars per night. And what
    name will the reservation be listed under?

    Client: Eric Adams

    Receptionist: Is there a phone number where you can be contacted?

    Client: The number is 18008143

    Receptionist: Great. Now I’ll need your credit card information to reserve the
    room. What type of card is it?

    Client: I’ll use cash.

    Receptionist: Alright, sir, your reservation has been made for the fifteenth of
    March. Check-in is at 2 o’clock. Please do not hesitate to call us if you need any
    information

    Client: Okay, thank you so much.

    Receptionist: My pleasure. We’ll see you next week. Have a nice day.

    Travel Agent: Andri Travel Agent, may I help you?.

    Dira: Yes. I’d like to book a ticket to Australia for September 2nd.

    Travel Agent : Let me see. For September 2nd, all morning flights are fully
    booked. We’ve got one left available for you. It’s 20.05 flight by XX Air. Does
    that suit you, Miss?.

    Dira: It’s okay.

    Travel Agent: May I have your name, Miss?.

    Dira: Yes. Dira. D-I-R-A.

    Travel Agent: Done, Miss. We require that you pay for the ticket tomorrow
    afternoon before 2 pm. If you don’t come to our office after 2 pm, we have to
    cancel your ticket.

    Dira: Ok. I’ll drop by at 12 pm tomorrow.

    conditioner,bath room complete with shower, bath tub and wash basin complete with hot and
    cold running water. And hotel fasilities such as boga sari restaurant,meeting room, sport
    area,parking area, laundry, and beuty salon and spa.
    Well,,, the room rate is Rp 350.000,00 net include breakfast. Would you like to take it ,Sir ?
    Guest : Yes I will teke it
    Reservation : May I know how about your deposit,Sir ? because it is a high season , so you need
    to pay the deposit of room.
    Guest : Ok, I will pay, how much I shoud pay ?
    Reservation : You must pay Rp 350.000,00 for one night, it that Ok ?
    Guest : Of course. If that possible , May I tranfer the payment ?
    Reservation : Sure, If you want transfer the payment, you can tranfer with BCA bank in your
    city, and our account is 11234560000, is that alright, Sir ?
    Guest : Ok. Thank you for you information,
    Reservation : May Repeat your Request, Sir ?
