    Guest : Good morning, thank you.
    Dorman : You’re welcome, do you have any luggage with you?
    Guest : Yes, in the boot.
    Dorman : A bellboy will help you, bellboy please....

    Bellboy : Good morning madam. Welcome to NANA Hotel. Do you have any luggage
    with you?
    Guest : Yes, in the boot.
    Bellboy : Excuse me, I would like to check your luggage. I have three pieces of luggage
    in the boot, is that correct?
    Guest : Yes, that's correct.
    Bellboy : Would you like to follow me to the lobby, please?
    Guest : Sure, thank you.
    Bellboy : You’re welcome.
    Bellboy : Mind your step, please.
    Guest : Thank you.
    Bellboy : Would you like to see our receptionist for check in process, madam?

    Indosiar, no. 2 RCTI, no. 3 SCTV, no. 4 ANTV, and no. 5 TVRI. This is bed.
    Do you want to sleep or just down beside the telephone. If you would like to
    make calls outside press no:
    1. for information
    2. for restaurant
    3. for house keeping
    4. for engineering

    This is wardrobe with its hanger, laundry list and sewing kit. This is bath
    room.
    There are many things inside. If you want to take a bath, on the top is air
    conditioner and this is a writing table. This is a dressing table. If you need
    me to help you, you can call concierge and press number 9.
    Guest : Yes, I will.
    Bellboy : Any other questions, madam?
    Guest : Yes, how about the public facilities?
    Bellboy : well, for swimming pool and fitness center we open for 24 hours. And for
    restaurant we open start from 06.00 am until 10.00 am for breakfast and 15.00 pm
    until 24.00 pm for lunch and dinner.
    Guest : Ok. Thank you
    Bellboy : You're welcome. I hope you’re comfortable in your stay.
    Guest : I hope so. Thank you.
    Bellboy : You're welcome.
